About Park View Farm

We're Brian and Sarah Lenhard. Together with our son George, we raise pasture-raised, corn-and-soy-free meat and eggs in Leicester, NY, right at the north entrance of Letchworth State Park.

We raise Cornish Cross meat chickens, Idaho Pasture Pigs, Katahdin and White Dorper sheep, laying hens, and turkeys in the fall. Everything lives outside on pasture and moves to fresh grass regularly. The lambs stay with their mothers until weaning.

The part most farms don't talk about is the feed. Pasture tells you where the animal lived. Feed tells you what it ate. Most pasture-raised meat and eggs, even the organic kind, still come from animals eating corn and soy every day. Ours don't. Our chickens and pigs eat a corn-and-soy-free ration from County Line Feeds in Dalmatia, PA. The sheep are grass-fed start to finish.

When it's time for processing, our poultry goes to HLW Acres and our pork and lamb go to Timberline Meats. Small operations, and we can answer for every step between our pasture and your freezer.

You can find us at the Brighton Farmers Market on Sundays in season, pick up at the farm in Leicester year-round, or get monthly home delivery in Rochester and Buffalo.

Come see the farm sometime. We're easy to find, right where the Genesee Valley meets Letchworth.
